Our Affiliates

Our Franchise Hotel/Motel Umbrella Insurance Program is a national program underwritten in all states except Alaska. We distribute our Umbrella Program through Agents, Brokers, Wholesalers and MGA’s. We do not offer this product directly to hotels.

In general, we have an open brokerage model, in that we will take submissions from any licensed agent. We pay the same commission to all agents. We work with many agents from all states. The success of our program is a partnership between our affiliate agencies and Hotel Excess/Sangamon Associates.

Umbrella insurance is an important but complicated coverage. In the Franchise Hotel/Motel segment it is a required coverage. We feel that this product is better understood and explained by the agent. We will even recommend the Hotel/Motel owner to contact his agent or local agent if they do not have one.

We pride ourselves on the products we offer our agency network. For us to keep our program competitive we invite and encourage comments from our agency partners.
